
The blue bar running along the outside of the spine is built into the suit or clothing and can vary wildly while still achieving the same goal. I don't know if it was in a log I read or just straight up from the wiki but I remember reading about a RIG strengthening process one had to go through in order for the RIG to fully work leading me to believe that there are implants one must take (most likely in the spine, a few key muscles, and probably the brain stem as well but I don't know for sure) in order to recieve the full bemefits of a RIG.Īfter realizing how well this would do in almost every situation they were adapted for use everywhere, especially space and hazardous work areas.

I believe the RIGs were first introduced in senior homes in order to keep track of the old peoples health at a cursory glance rather than a full checkup.
